The smart digital metering pump EX is a compact positive displacement, diaphragm dosing pump with BLDC motor and intelligent control electronics with minimum energy consumption.The efficency can be up to 90%. By using helical gears and auxiliary springs, the power consumption is reduced by 70% compared with conventional rebound designs.The EX series pump is FOC closed-loop control and operates at full stroke length to ensure optimum accuracy, priming and suction. The duration of each discharge stroke varies according to the capacity set, resulting in optimum smooth and continuous discharge flow. All our models can replace grundfos digital pump with higher flow rate.

High Accuracy: The EX series achieves market-leading accuracy with a high turn-down ratio of up to 1:3000, ensuring precise and continuous dosing without chemical waste.
Auto Flow Adapt: This function automatically adjusts the pump's motor speed to compensate for changing system conditions, such as fluctuating back pressure or degassing liquids, ensuring the required flow rate is maintained.
User-Friendly Interface: The pump features an intuitive control panel with a click button and multi-colored backlit graphical LCD display, making commissioning and operation easy. The display color changes based on the pump status, so it can be seen from a distance.

Primary Control

The EX series supports several standard signal modes to automate dosing based on external process variables:
Analog Control (0/4-20 mA): The pump adjusts its capacity proportionally to an incoming current signal.
Pulse Control: This mode uses external contact closures (like from a water meter) to trigger dosing. Users can set a specific volume to be dosed per pulse (e.g., ml/pulse).
Batch Control: Dosing is triggered by a pulse or a timer (cycle-based or week-based), allowing for scheduled or volume-specific chemical delivery.
External Stop: A dedicated input allows a master system (like a PLC) to halt the pump immediately regardless of other signals
