The smart digital metering pump EX is a compact positive displacement, diaphragm dosing pump with BLDC motor and intelligent control electronics with minimum energy consumption.The efficency can be up to 90%. By using helical gears and auxiliary springs, the power consumption is reduced by 70% compared with conventional rebound designs.The EX series pump is FOC closed-loop control and operates at full stroke length to ensure optimum accuracy, priming and suction. The duration of each discharge stroke varies according to the capacity set, resulting in optimum smooth and continuous discharge flow.
